Opportunity:

• Lead a dynamic perioperative nursing team while partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• Champion day-to-day clinical and operational functions of the Operating Room, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient workflows and adherence to evidence-based practice
• Direct staffing, scheduling, resource planning, and census management
• Empower and mentor staff through coaching, performance development, and shared governance participation
• Advance quality and patient experience metrics through data-driven initiatives and action plans
• Oversee budget planning, payroll practices, and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement, oversee policy development, and lead clinical excellence across the perioperative service line

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Bachelor’s in nursing required; Master’s preferred
• 3–5+ years of OR nursing experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence
• Experience with performance improvement, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment to professional growth and maintaining clinical expertise
