This position is 100% onsite and will require relocation.

The selected Director will provide strategic leadership across hospital and physician revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, optimizing billing and collection effectiveness, and enhancing the overall patient financial experience.

Location:
Opportunity:
• Oversee billing operations and ensure consistent performance across centralized and physician revenue cycle functions
• Develop processes and internal controls that support accurate revenue capture and appropriate reimbursement
• Identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage, improve collections, and strengthen overall financial performance
• Evaluate workflows and operational practices to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs
• Monitor key revenue cycle performance indicators and implement improvement strategies when opportunities are identified
• Partner with senior leadership to establish departmental priorities, goals, and long-term strategies
• Promote accountability, service excellence, and operational consistency across patient financial services teams
• Use data and financial analysis to identify trends, address performance gaps, and support informed decision-making
• Maintain compliance with applicable privacy requirements, organizational policies, and healthcare regulations
• Build collaborative relationships with leaders and teams throughout the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s required, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of hospital and physician patient financial services leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of hospital and physician billing operations and revenue cycle practices
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare privacy standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and improve operational performance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently from broad strategic direction and manage competing priorities effectively
• Comfort working with computer-based systems and common business applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Commitment to delivering a professional and patient-focused service experience
