We are targeting seasoned, execution oriented healthcare operations executives, including COOs, CNOs, CAOs, Executive Directors, and VP/SVP level Operations and Service Line leaders.

In this highly visible and mission driven role, you will:
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Oversee a broad and dynamic portfolio of clinical and operational departments, including several high acuity and high impact service areas.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership that supports exceptional patient care, service excellence, and strong financial performance.
• Translate organizational vision and long term strategy into execution-focused operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee day to day operations across diverse clinical and non clinical areas to ensure efficiency, accountability, and systemwide alignment.
• Partner closely with physicians and nursing leaders to advance quality, safety, patient access, and overall care delivery.
• Lead initiatives involving cost management, throughput optimization, resource allocation, and cross departmental collaboration.
• Develop and strengthen administrative systems, operational controls, and performance reporting tools to support sustainable growth.
• Promote a leadership culture centered on transparency, engagement, teamwork, and professional development.
• Represent the organization with community partners, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders as needed.
• Serve as a hands on, relationship driven operational leader; highly visible, accessible, and deeply engaged with frontline teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, allied health, business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Clinical background required, given the strong integration between clinical operations and business strategy
• Minimum of five years of progressive acute care hospital leadership, including at least two years in a senior operational role (COO, CNO, CAO, Executive Director, VP/SVP of Operations, Senior/Executive Service Line Leader)
• Demonstrated experience in operational oversight, financial performance, quality improvement, and physician/nursing partnership
• Proven success leading high acuity, complex service lines or outpatient portfolios
• Strong organizational, relationship building, and leadership skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
• Ability to analyze complex operational challenges and implement effective, data driven solutions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior executives, boards, or external groups
• Proficiency in performance reporting, financial analytics, and modern healthcare technology platforms
