This is an opportunity to step into a senior-level Human Resources leadership role within a respected healthcare system in Washington State. The organization is seeking a People Services Director to provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership across all human resources functions in a dynamic hospital environment.

Opportunity:
• Senior HR leadership role overseeing People Services for the market
• Full strategic and operational oversight of human resources functions
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategy, retention initiatives, and talent development
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Lead labor relations efforts; support collective bargaining negotiations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, employment law, and HIPAA
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Foster a culture of professional growth, accountability, and engagement
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree Human Resources or related field is required-Master's preferred
• Progressive healthcare HR leadership experience required - 3 years in Director role preferred
• Experience in labor relations required; collective bargaining negotiation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Experience managing budgets, staffing models, and organizational change initiatives
• Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities
