• 3+ month assignment
• Lead and oversee hospital-wide accreditation and regulatory efforts
• Develop and coordinate monitoring systems to maintain continuous compliance and address any cited deficiencies
• Serve as the primary contact for all accreditation and regulatory surveys or unannounced visits
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, and department heads to promote compliance and performance improvement
• Provide guidance and education to staff on accreditation requirements and survey preparedness
• Support data collection, analysis, and corrective action planning for all compliance-related initiatives
•Lead efforts to integrate continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Rapid Cycle Testing into compliance processes

• Current California RN license required
• Minimum of 5 Years of clinical experience, along with two years of management or supervisory experience in an acute care setting
• Experience with The Joint Commission (TJC), Title 22, CMS Conditions of Participation, and CDPH standards
• Prior experience managing accreditation and regulatory readiness programs
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, quality management, and process improvement tools
• Proven communication and leadership skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and influence across departments
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff
• Available to travel to the client site and work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
