• 3+ month assignment
• Lead and oversee hospital quality and performance improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
• Coordinate quality and safety meetings and prepare related reports
• Support peer review processes and collaborate with medical staff leadership
• Monitor performance data and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide education and guidance to staff on quality practices and standards, and consultation to leaders, clinicians, and staff on quality and performance improvement methodologies

• Active California RN license required
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality and performance improvement within an acute care setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including The Joint Commission and CMS
• Familiarity with data management systems such as QualityNet, Truven, STS, and related reporting platforms
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff
• Available to travel to the client site and work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
