Opportunity:
• Provide strategic guidance on optimizing program design, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability within a mission-driven, healthcare-affiliated academic environment
• Support leadership in developing Return on Program (ROP) strategies that align academic excellence with financial stewardship and workforce readiness
• Advise on marketing and positioning approaches to elevate the school’s visibility within New England and strengthen its competitive edge in nursing education
• Recommend innovative faculty recruitment and retention strategies, with attention to market dynamics and the school’s affiliation with a respected non-profit health system
• Assess opportunities to refine institutional branding and communications to reflect program diversity, inclusivity, and community impact
• Deliver a strategic roadmap outlining actionable short- and long-term priorities aligned with institutional goals, accreditation standards, and evolving healthcare workforce needs
Qualifications:
• Extensive consulting experience in nursing and health sciences education, with a proven track record of guiding academic institutions through strategic transformation and program optimization
• Deep expertise in curriculum design, faculty recruitment and retention, accreditation readiness, and market-responsive program development
• Demonstrated ability to deliver independent, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that align with institutional goals and evolving workforce demands
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and drive consensus across academic and clinical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to the client site and commit to a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility for occasional after-hours engagement as needed to support key initiatives
