Location:
Opportunity:
• 400+bed acute care facility
• Three manager-level direct reports
• Oversee Registration, Admitting, Pre-Registration, Patient Financial Services, ED Registration, and Inpatient Registration
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to maintain efficient patient access processes and improve registration workflows
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure high-quality patient experiences and operational efficiency
• Address challenges with process standardization and reduce silos
• Serve as a mentor and guide to the existing team, supporting staff development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and The Joint Commission guidelines
• Work closely with senior leadership to meet organizational goals and transition planning
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree highly preferred
• CHAM or CHAA certification is a plus
• 7+ years of patient access leadership experience
• Experience with multi-facility management and standardizing patient access processes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with patient access software (e.g., STAR Patient Accounting, Oracle/Cerner EHR)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff
