This is a high‑visibility interim role for a transformational Quality & Patient Safety leader ready to step into a hospital environment that needs a steady hand, a strategic mind, and a leader who can elevate performance quickly. Opportunity:

• Immediate, high‑impact leadership required
• Mission‑critical 3–6+ month engagement for a leader who can step in on day one and deliver rapid stabilization with direct executive sponsorship
• Full ownership of hospital‑wide Quality, Patient Safety, and Performance Improvement initiatives
• A chance to stabilize, strengthen, and elevate key programs during a pivotal period
• Direct influence on culture, safety practices, and regulatory readiness

• Champion a hospital‑wide strategy for quality improvement and patient safety excellence
• Oversee event reporting, safety reviews, and robust RCA/ACA processes
• Analyze trends, identify vulnerabilities, and drive targeted action plans
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to advance performance improvement
• Strengthen regulatory readiness and ensure alignment with accreditation standards
• Lead education, coaching, and engagement efforts to reinforce a culture of transparency, learning, and high reliability

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related healthcare discipline preferred
• Minimum 7 years of clinical experience within an acute care hospital environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or performance improvement programs
• Strong command of accreditation, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness
• Skilled in data interpretation, benchmarking, and translating insights into action
• Exceptional communicator who can influence at all levels from the frontline to the C‑suite
• Collaborative leader who builds trust, drives accountability, and inspires teams
• Ability to be on-site Monday–Friday for the duration of the engagement
