Director of Patient Care Services | Nursing Leadership | Acute Care | Georgia

Opportunity:
• Lead and support teams of registered nurses and ancillary staff across assigned care areas
• Promote quality patient care, safety, service excellence, and positive patient outcomes
• Support staff development, engagement, retention, and ongoing clinical competency
• Partner with nursing and hospital leadership to strengthen care delivery and departmental performance
• Monitor patient satisfaction, quality metrics, staffing needs, and operational goals
• Assist with budget management, resource planning, and efficient daily operations
• Develop and implement strategies that support high-quality care and service line growth
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered culture across the department
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Active RN license required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Minimum of 5 years of related nursing experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or acute care settings
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience required
• Experience leading nursing teams, supporting staff development, and improving patient care outcomes
• Strong understanding of quality care, patient satisfaction, budget management, and operational efficiency
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
