• Immediate need for an experienced interim leader to step into a high‑stakes role within a major acute care teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center
• Drive quality and regulatory operations during a critical period of organizational transformation and compliance improvement
• Provide oversight and strategic direction for Infection Prevention, Patient Relations, Performance Improvement, Data Analytics, and Regulatory Compliance functions
• Serve as a key partner to executive leadership in driving corrective action initiatives and strengthening patient safety programs
• Support survey readiness efforts and ongoing compliance with CMS, TJC, state regulatory agencies, and internal quality standards
• Assess operational gaps, implement sustainable process improvements, and help stabilize a department experiencing significant staffing vacancies
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through high-priority patient safety and quality initiatives in a complex healthcare environment
• Collaborate with senior leadership to rebuild infrastructure, improve accountability, and strengthen organizational culture
• Provide leadership and mentorship to quality and patient safety staff while supporting recruitment and retention efforts
• Act as a visible, hands-on leader capable of driving rapid change and establishing operational structure in a highly regulated setting

• RN required
• Minimum 7 years of progressive, proactive healthcare quality leadership experience in an acute care setting
• Prior experience leading quality initiatives within large hospitals and highly regulated healthcare organizations is required
• Strong knowledge of CMS, TJC, state regulatory standards, and survey readiness processes
• Experience managing performance improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention programs
• Demonstrated success leading turnaround initiatives, corrective action plans, or operational stabilization efforts
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with executive leadership, physicians, and frontline staff
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• Available to travel onsite and support a full-time interim leadership schedule
