A community hospital in the Southeast U.S. is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Radiology Manager to lead a department with strong historical performance and an impeccable regulatory record. Opportunity:

• Lead an Imaging Services department of approximately 10 FTEs, supported by several Lead Technologists
• Oversee all imaging modalities
• Provide hybrid leadership; balancing administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support during day‑shift staffing shortages
• Partner closely with the CNO to advance departmental goals, operational performance, and service excellence
• Drive performance across key imaging KPIs, including volume, throughput, repeat rates, patient satisfaction, and regulatory readiness
• Maintain the department’s strong accreditation status and uphold its impeccable regulatory record
• Strengthen staffing, morale, and team cohesion within a department experiencing cultural strain and recent staff turnover
• Support continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and policy development across the imaging service line
• Serve as a visible, supportive leader who can rebuild trust and shift the department away from a “we/they” dynamic

Qualifications:

• Current clinical licensure in Radiologic Technology or related imaging discipline
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5+ years of imaging experience; leadership experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build trust, and improve team culture
• Experience with performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and workflow optimization
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and commitment to professional development
