Opportunity:
• Responsible for preparing monthly financial performance and operational reports
• Calculate net revenue, reserves, and complete month-end journal entries
• Analyze productivity metrics and performance indicators
• Handle ad hoc data requests, service line analyses, and special financial projects
• Develop and manage capital and financial budgets
• Process capital requests and monitor capital expenditures
• Serve as a financial liaison, training new directors and managers on financial tools and performance analysis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or directly related work experience in a healthcare environment
• Proven knowledge/experience in healthcare operations and financial systems
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and make independent decisions
• Ability to manage tasks within strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present complex financial information in a clear and accessible manner to all audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with management and interface with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, personal computers, ten-key calculators, and other related tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
