RECENTLY FILLED - Interim Payer Enrollment / Credentialing Specialist | Full Time | Remote

Remote

• 3+ month remote assignment
• Manage payer enrollment and credentialing processes for providers in Georgia and Florida
• Handle extensive follow-up with numerous health care plans, particularly in Florida
• Utilize spreadsheets and software for efficient tracking and reminders
• Perform data cleanup and data entry tasks
• Collaborate with a team of four, including a credentialing manager and two other specialists
• Work under the guidance of the Regional Director and Manager of Credentialing
• Maintain and update provider files, rosters, and databases (CAQH, NPI, Medicare)
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on initial payer applications, re-credentialing applications, and revalidation requests
• Ensure timely completion of credentialing and licensing processes

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in credentialing and/or provider enrollment
• Proficiency in CAQH and familiarity with mainstream credentialing software
• CredentialMyDoc experience a plus
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience working remotely
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Available to work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
