Remote

• Fully remote interim assignment working a Pacific Time schedule
• Provide temporary coverage for an established Credentialing team
• Manage initial credentialing and recredentialing for licensed clinical professionals
• Complete primary source verification and maintain accurate practitioner files
• Maintain credentialing data and documentation using MDStaff
• Monitor licenses, certifications, and other expirable credentials
• Prepare and present practitioner files for credentialing and privileging committee review
• Research discrepancies, adverse findings, and verification concerns
• Support compliance with internal policies and applicable credentialing and regulatory requirements
• Potential for additional remote opportunities with the organization

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare credentialing or Medical Staff Services experience
• Strong experience with primary source verification, credentialing, and privileging
• MDStaff experience required
• FQHC, FTCA, or HRSA credentialing experience is highly preferred
• Acute care Medical Staff Office or comparable credentialing experience strongly preferred
• CPCS certification preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High level of accountability and responsiveness in a remote work environment
• Must be available to work a full-time Pacific Time schedule
