Qualifications:
• Clinical background required (RN or MPH); CIC certification strongly preferred and often required
• Recent leadership experience in Infection Prevention within an acute care hospital or health system
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (CDC, NHSN, CMS, TJC, DNV)
• Experience guiding infection surveillance, reporting, policy development, and staff education
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, quality, and executive teams
