• 6+ Month Onsite Interim Assignment
• Reports to the CFO
• Leads the Revenue Cycle Team in a dynamic Critical Access Hospital environment | 20 FTEs
• Possesses experience in patient access processes, including upfront collections and T19 eligibility determination
• Strong background in contract management & professional fee account follow-up
• Exhibits familiarity with ambulance billing, third-party revenue cycle vendors, and out-of-state Medicaid billing
• Demonstrates expertise in denials management, Quadax suspended claims work queue, and Chargemaster (CDM) / RevUse flow
• Possesses knowledge of provider-based clinic billing, SNF CB - Parts A & B billing, and radiologist group professional fees
• Displays proficiency in identifying and addressing missing charges, ensuring completeness and accuracy in billing processes
• Exhibits experience in implementing ER nursing acuity systems, optimizing resource allocation and improving patient care efficiency

• Revenue Cycle leadership experience within a Critical Access Hospital environment required
• Comprehensive understanding of payor contract profiles, management reporting, managing payor contracts, and ensuring revenue integrity
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Accounting systems/databases, and EMR platforms
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff through C-Suite
• Available to travel to the client site and work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
