• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
• Lead and direct the nursing operations of the two Skilled Nursing Facilities, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards to comply with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff, promoting a culture of ongoing professional development and excellence
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other department heads to ensure nursing services align with the overall goals and objectives of the facilities
• Manage nursing budgets, resources, and staffing levels to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient care outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
• Resolve any issues or conflicts related to nursing services and patient care

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active CA RN license
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility setting
• Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, nursing standards, and best practices
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and staff
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff
• Available to travel to the client sites and work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
