- Extensive leadership in Revenue Cycle operations across hospitals, health systems, and consulting firms
- Expertise in reimbursement strategy, payer contracting, offshore outsourcing, and process engineering
- Proven success in building high-performing functional and cross-functional governance teams
- Skilled in developing and implementing leadership development programs that drive team performance
- Deep understanding of KPIs, continuous quality improvement, and multi-level communication strategies
- Demonstrated ability to align business processes with stakeholder goals to optimize outcomes
