Director of Quality | RN Required | Acute Care Hospital
A visible leadership role for a seasoned Quality leader who thrives in transformation, collaboration, and department development.
- Reports to the Vice President of Quality and Risk Management
- Oversees Quality, Patient Safety, Performance Improvement, Regulatory Readiness, Quality Reporting, and team development
- Strengthens collaboration across Quality, Risk, Infection Prevention, Regulatory, and Data Analytics
- RN and acute care hospital quality leadership experience required
Georgia
Director of Quality and Accreditation | RN Required | Community Hospital
A highly visible role overseeing Quality, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Accreditation for a respected 100-bed community hospital.
- Partners closely with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to advance quality and patient safety outcomes
- Leads Quality Improvement, accreditation and regulatory readiness, performance metrics, peer review, and required Quality reporting
- RN and a minimum of 5 years of healthcare Quality leadership experience required
- CPHQ and Lean Six Sigma preferred
Georgia
Director of Quality | Flagship Hospital | Not-for-Profit Integrated Health System
A career-defining opportunity to advance system-wide Quality, Performance Improvement, Accreditation, Regulatory Readiness, and Infection Prevention within a highly respected nonprofit health system.
- Reports to the System Chief Quality Officer
- Serves as a visible, collaborative leader focused on alignment, accountability, and team mentorship
- Builds a high-reliability quality infrastructure across the flagship hospital
- Clinical acute care background required; RN not required
Alabama
Accreditation Coordinator | RN Required | TJC Accredited Healthcare System
Join a respected not-for-profit healthcare system in a key role supporting continuous accreditation and regulatory readiness at its 500-bed flagship hospital.
- Reports to a supportive, mentoring AVP of Quality
- Leads and coordinates TJC accreditation, CMS compliance, survey readiness, regulatory education, and corrective action plans
- RN with a minimum of 5 years of acute care hospital experience required
- Accreditation or regulatory survey coordination experience strongly preferred
