The facility is the flagship hospital (approximately 500 beds) within a regional not-for-profit healthcare system. The organization is led by a highly engaged and supportive leadership team.

Opportunity:
• Support hospital-wide accreditation, regulatory compliance, and continuous survey readiness
• Coordinate accreditation and regulatory activities involving TJC and CMS requirements
• Partner with Quality, Nursing, Medical Staff, Operations, and clinical leaders to identify and address compliance gaps
• Support regulatory surveys, organizational assessments, corrective action plans, and required follow-up
• Educate leaders and staff on accreditation standards, regulatory changes, and survey readiness
• Track readiness findings, regulatory updates, action plans, and required documentation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Active RN license required
• Minimum 5 years of acute care hospital clinical experience
• Current experience in Quality, Patient Safety, Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance
• Expert knowledge of TJC standards, CMS requirements, regulatory processes, and hospital survey readiness
• Experience developing education, facilitating meetings, presenting information, and working with interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of performance improvement and compliance improvement methodologies
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, graphs, and related applications
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, teaching, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly within a changing regulatory environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to establish productive working relationships with hospital leaders, clinical staff, and other organizational stakeholders
• Available to travel to the client site and work a full-time onsite schedule M - F or as needed
