Opportunity:
• Champions workforce excellence by overseeing staffing, employee relations, compliance, and talent development initiatives
• Drives organizational success through departmental planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation aligned with system-wide objectives
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, engagement strategies, and cultural transformation
• Ensures regulatory integrity by managing audits, compliance programs, and adherence to standards, including HIPAA
• Cultivates a high-performance culture that promotes professional growth, retention, and employee well-being
• Leads HR operations with impact, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and corrective action processes
• Shapes policy and organizational effectiveness through innovative project planning and strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 4 years of professional HR experience in a healthcare setting required
• Prior leadership experience in HR or People Services strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
