Qualifications & Achievements:

• Development, implementation, and execution of TJC compliance action plans and associated infrastructure, as well as the creation of cross-functional teams to support continuous survey readiness
• Creation and execution of institutional quality plans; focused on regulatory compliance, patient safety, performance improvement, and data management strategies to align organizational resources to achieve identified goals and strategic objectives
• Accountable for the development and execution of short and long-term strategies for quality, safety, performance improvement and patient engagement as part of the executive leadership team
• Collaboration and partnership with nursing leadership and ancillary support services, including Care Management/ACO Operations, Clinical Data Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Information Services and Informatics, Infection Prevention and Medical Staff Operations to assure alignment and support of identified activities and initiatives in support of departmental, organizational and institutional goals
• Coordination and oversight of the day-to-day clinical practice of nursing including orientation & onboarding, education, quality outcomes, and research
• Collaboration and partnership with executive and nursing leaders in the development, successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of the system-wide Department of Nursing’s organizational shared governance structure and nursing strategic planning processes
• Development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Quality/HIM/EMR/ Operations framework to support and drive optimization of EMR. Development and implementation of clinic-wide optimization plan to identify and prioritize system strategies and assign accountability
