Qualifications & Achievements:

• Provides credentialing services to include initial, reappointments, change of status and monitors expiration dates for departments up to 900+ providers
• Thoroughly knowledgeable in compliance with TJC, rules and regulations, Department of Health and CMS
• Coordinates all credentialing functions and relates all important data to the Chief of Staff and Department Chairmen as needed
• Assist in the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and the Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) processes
• Excellent communicator with the ability to develop a rapport and act as a liaison between Medical Staff, Physicians, Allied Staff and Administration
• Provides ongoing audits to ensure records are accurate and in compliance with rules and regulations
• Oversees the integrity of all records and the ability to analyze data and formulate reports
• Provides administrative support including coordinating meeting agendas, scheduling, material transcription of minutes and creation/distribution of materials
• High energy, enthusiastic professional with solid credentialing skills and ability to utilize discretion in sensitive and confidential personnel issues
