• Monitors expiration dates for departments with up to 1000+ providers
• Establishes activities with the MSO Department to ensure compliance with Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and all statutes and agencies which contribute to the facility’s Mission and Goals
• Establishes policies and procedures to accomplish the credentials and privileges verification processes goals to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting organization
• Provides staff members training in credentialing processes and medical staff office procedures to create a more productive environment
• Professional and organized with exceptional communication skills
• Experience working with the Labor Relations Department regarding grievances filed against the Corporate Credentialing Department
• Works closely with administration and physician leadership in developing medical staff and credentials/privileges improvement projects including the development and implementation of FPPE/OPPE process
