With an MBA, FACHE as well as 15+ years of diverse healthcare experience including group practice administration, hospital department management, ASCs, Urgent Care Centers, home health care administration, and FQHC/CHC administration, he has proven expertise as an Interim consultant for Operations-based challenges that face Primary Care and Urgent Care Physician Practices. His expertise includes initiating best practices, improving the productivity of professionals as well as support staff, mentoring staff to build teamwork and transitioning new leadership.

• Provides comprehensive assessments relating to operations of clinics including staffing, productivity, charges and referral patterns
• Reviews physician productivity and established methods of routinely reporting productivity and statistical data to monitor trends
• Led the development of a new clinic site including assisting in the staff recruitment process
• Assesses patient flow thru practices and develops recommendations for staffing changes to improve productivity and patient experience
• Project manager responsible for final design, contractor oversight, development and opening of an urgent care center including occupational medicine and employee health; Worked with the architect on final design and modifications for Center
• Established a compliance program including routine chart coding review, education, and support for providers
• Works closely with human resources to recruit physicians and mid-level providers
