She also has a strong background relating to Benefits and Total Rewards. She recently completed a highly successful, year-long, Galileo Search interim assignment and is ready to step in to assist your HR department as needed.

• More than 20 years of successful human resources management experience supporting large, complex organizations
• Keen understanding of the health care work environment. HR management experience in dynamic acute care setting and hospital systems
• Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, FLSA, ERISA and related laws governing the workplace
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining HR compliance programs, researching and preparing investigative, disciplinary and other compliance-related documentation
• Demonstrated success while quickly and effectively addressing and resolving HR-related concerns, complaints and allegations from all levels of employees
• Proven history of effectively coaching and counseling all levels of employees in understanding and complying with HR policies and procedures
• Certified corporate trainer; excellent professional communicator and presenter
• Proactive self-starter; works well independently and as part of a team; highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Managed employee benefits administration and executive deferred compensation plans
• Created and managed a multidisciplinary team to review, integrate and implement policies from five newly acquired hospitals into one set of system-wide policies; developed and implemented new employee relations tracking system; developed and implemented mandatory HR compliance training for 90+ HR department employees
