We’re pleased to introduce an experienced nursing executive with over 30 years of progressive leadership in Women’s & Children’s Health. Her background includes Director and Manager roles across a wide range of services, including NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, Neonatal Transport, and Women’s Services, with leadership experience in both Level II and Level III NICUs.
She has collaborated extensively with OB/GYNs, maternal–fetal medicine physicians, pediatric surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CRNAs—bringing a disciplined yet collaborative leadership style that builds alignment, improves outcomes, and strengthens team culture.
Key Highlights:
- Led multidisciplinary Women’s & Children’s teams in regional and tertiary hospital settings
- Oversight of large NICUs (up to 61 beds), PICU, Pediatrics, and Neonatal Transport teams
- Partnered closely with physicians and anesthesia on high-risk deliveries, staffing models & clinical protocols
- Spearheaded NICU expansions and system-level maternal–child initiatives
- Experience with NAS program development and state/federal health collaborations
- Recognized leader in CLABSI reduction, transport safety, and perinatal quality care initiatives
