• 3+ month assignment
• ECHO credentialing software experience required
• Reports to Chief Quality Officer
• Approximately 500 Providers
• Responsible for reappointment proceedings before appointment expiration
• Helps maintain accurate maintenance of departmental records, confidential physician data, and hospital correspondence
• Ensures that practitioners are fully credentialed on time without allowing privileges or other credentialing requirements to expire
• Verifies that all licensures (State license, DEA, DPS, etc.) and other required certificates are up to date and filed in the practitioner’s credentialing file

• Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of current hands-on Medical Staff Office experience with an understanding of accreditation and regulatory standards related to medical staff functions
• Experience with Joint Commission, CMS, and other laws/regulations preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff
• Available to travel to the client-site and work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
