This position reports to the Director of Quality & Patient safety and will be responsible for compliance with DNV/ISO 9001 standards, CMS, applicable state and local standards/guidelines, outbreak investigation, and overall direction of the infection prevention and control program.
• Current RN preferred
• CIC preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in infection prevention required; 3 years preferred
